Our vet was wonderful to speak with: warm and informative. It was a great way to be seen. Our dog had the looks of an ear infection starting. The only issue is with the app - we are unable to download her prescription to fill outside of the delivery service. We are hoping to start the medication sooner and not being able to access the prescription is problematic.

I was very happy with working with Dr. Frank Akawi and the treatment plan he devised for my dog, Frank. Meds were ordered and I picked up prescrition with an hour of our call. My dog seems to be feeling better already. I highly recommend Vetser online service for you pet. With many vets only offering curb side service, due to covid, where you can't even go in with your pet, and that's even if you can get an appountment, you may as well try Vetster where you can at least talk to a vet face to face via a video conference call. We we're able to do what needed to be done for Dr. Frank to assess my dog and come up with a treatment plan. Very grateful.

I was thankful I was able to see Dr. Bawa so quicky. I appreciated her thoroughness via a webcam. I was unsure if I needed to bring my dog to the ER and she definitely put me at ease. Sheba has seen her primary and received care for the infection in her mouth. 40 CC's of puss removed and lots of medication later, she is feeling much better. My 11 year old dog had a swollen eye that seemed to be infected. Not only does she does not travel well and hates going to the vet, we could not find anyone to take her over the weekend as it wasn't that "urgent". Dr Ezra was able to see her via telemed appointment and prescribe antibiotic drops for her right away. Even when the pharmacy was giving him a hard time about filling the script for an animal, he reached out right away so we could call another pharmacy. So happy we were able to get the drops on Friday night and by Sunday, her eye was back to normal and on the mend thanks to Dr Ezra!

During these times of Covid, it seems so many vets are backlogged. My kitten had what seemed to be an eye infection that aggressively popped up overnight and I couldn't find any vet with opening in the next few days. I was even turned away by the local emergency vet because Archie's need wasn't deemed "critical" enough. I am so grateful that Dr. Cuff could Triage remotely and take care of Archies needs so he didn't have to suffer for several days until he could be seen by our veterinarian. Dr. Cuff was comprehensive in taking a medical history, and gave clear instructions in his expectations in my responsibilities in what I should do for follow-up. I will definitely recommend Vetster and Dr. Cuff to others if ever in a pinch lie I was.

Dr. MacArthur was a real blessing when we called in for an emergency consult on a Sunday afternoon. Our dog developed an eye infection and was unable to open his eyes. When we could not find any room at ER, we got a quick appointment with Dr. MacArthur via Vetster. He diagnosed our dog in under 10 minutes via video, and immediately called for medication at the nearest pharmacy. He also put our minds at ease and followed up via phone to make sure we get the medication since most pharmacies close around 6pm on Sundays. We really appreciated that given the stress level. Dr. MacArthur was very punctual, made a quick and accurate diagnosis, and showed a lot of empathy for us and our doggie. High marks for the Vetster service and app as well. We found an appointment in under 40 minutes and got immediate help as ERs in our areas were overwhelmed with cases. While we hope to not be the case again, we would use Dr. MacArthur’s services and Vetster again. Thank you for helping our doggie!

I really thought this would be a grueling experience as I had a sick leopard gecko. However, Dr. Jen was THE nicest vet I've ever seen. It was quick and she helped me with providing different support options for him. I was hesitant with the mixed reviews but I live in PA so she was able to prescribe things for him. Would definitely do this again!

Dr. Damian was able to help guide me through a complicated situation with my 16 yo Toy Poodle with congestive heart failure and a tumor in her intestines that had been found after a visit to an emergency vet. He throughly explained the systemic connection of the diagnosis and gave me clarity on priorities for follow up care. Our dog had a broken dew claw, and all vets in the area were booked for weeks. Showed Dr. Levisman some pics of the nail, and he provided thorough, simple advice on how we could treat the nail ourselves. With his advice, we were able to easily remove the nail and treat the area with no complications. Dr. Levisman followed up the next day to make sure everything went well, and answered the follow-up questions I had quickly and put our worries to rest. Great help!

Dr. Rassin did a great job talking me through some simple diagnostics of the injured paw my dog had. She was able to narrow it down pretty quickly and rule out some wild ideas that I had. I liked the fact that she asked me to point the camera at the dog to watch her walk, so she could get a better idea of the extent of the injury. She also didn't immediately jump to the most sever solutions, but instead diagnosed some simple stuff and took a "wait and see" approach for a few days, with an escalation if the condition didn't improve. She earned my trust.

My dog had an open wound and needed care today. I called 16 vets and could not get her in. The dr was so kind and helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to get a prescription antibiotic and wound care instructions.

He was very knowledgeable about my dog‘s condition and showed concern. Very professional and kind. I love that I was able to do this from home. Cost was about the same had I taken her to an urgent care without the wait. Very pleased!

Wow, this was my first experience with telehealth veterinary appointments and I loved it! My dog is dog reactive so going to the vet is an ordeal. Our vet was on vacation and I needed a skin condition looked at so I found Vetster on a google search. Dr Morris was so personable, caring, and knowledgeable and we didn’t have to leave our house, my dog slept through most of the appointment! Unfortunately the recommended rx could not be called in to a local pharmacy due to an allergy, so i will have to wait for it by mail - but that was the only downside so far. Hopefully going forward, any needed meds will be available for same day pickup. Wonderful service and so convenient!
