AutoShip subscription is not effective
This product is very good and it has helped my dog tremendously. I put this item on autoship but my last autoship was a complete disaster. It didnt process due to an expired credit card which I fixed and then restarted the autoship, it sent an email that it will process took over a day and I get an email that it did not process and gave no reason. i think the autoship feature needs some attention.

I have been using this product for at least four years. I usually buy the kit with the paste when he has severe diarrhea. I was happy to see that they offer the capsules as well. My dog suffers from some type of digestive issue where he has never been able to eat any form of meat (I've tried them all), without getting severe diarrhea. He even has to eat a hydrolyzed crunchy from Purina that I buy from the vet. I have found that giving him this capsule keeps his digestive system more balanced. With the highest compliments - this is a super great product. Thank you for helping my baby.

I have been using these on my dog for years. I was going to write you about the quality of the chews. I mean for years they would arrive always broken up. So much I had to use a small measuring scoop to gather what I thought was the proper amount. Now last shipment and this one I noticed they are arriving all whole and not powdered. Thanks for improving them.

Product quality has declined significantly!
I have purchased this product for several years but in the last year the quality has deteriorated. The pieces are broken and it just ends up in crumbles in the bottom of the bag. I will be looking for a replacement, as this is a waste of money!

No idea what has happened to this product, but the last few purchases have gone downhill drastically. First they were a different color and dry. The next order was the same with the addition of about 1/3 of the bags being crumbs. After years of purchasing this product, I guess it's time to look elsewhere.
