- The below feeding guide provides a starting point for the amount of food to give your dog each day.
- We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow them to become overweight.
- The amount of food your dog needs can vary based on age, activity level or other food and treats given, so be sure to work with your veterinarian to determine an appropriate weight for your dog, and to make any necessary adjustments to their feeding.

CHANGING TO DIAMOND PUPPY FORMULA: Changing your pet's diet should be a gradual process. Start by adding a small amount of your pet's new food to their current food. Gradually increase the new food amount and decrease the current food amount at each feeding. Continue this method for approximately one week. For sensitive dogs, extend the period to 10 to 14 days.

Puppy Love
I started using Diamond when we got our new Dachshund puppy. Bailey does love to eat. My biggest problem is keeping my older dachshund out of her food. I plan to buy the adult version and see if he likes it as much as the puppy food.

Hi! My name is Morty and I am a 10 month old basset hound. I love my food and cannot wait to have my bowl filled up at breakfast time! I have been eating Diamond puppy food as long as I can remember! In a couple of months I get to change to my brother's food Diamond Naturals Beef. I already know I like it because I steal my brother's food anytime I get a chance to.
My mom says that my coat is silky smooth and that I have lots of energy so my food is helping me grow up to be a handsome basset hound!
