How to use
SecureAway™ Flea Collar Protectors Directions:
- 1. Place SecureAway collar on dog and adjust the length so two fingers can fit comfortably underneath it.
- 2. Take collar off the dog and lay it flat with the buckle on the left facing down.
- 3. Remove flea collar from manufacturer 's packaging. With the inside of the flea collar facing up, feed the flat end of the flea collar, from left to right, through the keepers.
- 4. If desired, cut the flea collar length following manufacturer's directions. We suggest keeping the buckle or other stopping point, ridge or loop, on both ends of the flea collar to hold it in place on the end keepers.
Tip:
The Coastal logo on the buckle should not be visible

Not suitable for medium sized dogs
This would be a great collar if it came in sizes other than guinea pig and horse.

It's cute and useful
I honestly wasn't looking for a flea collar cover. I didn't know it was a thing. I was just looking for a new collar for my dog and this one caught my eye. I immediately knew what it was because the packaging clearly states it's purpose and how to use it. I haven't put a flea and tick collar in it yet. Some people use flea collars year round, I dont until snow is gone. So I will be putting one in the next couple weeks. I have used flea and tick collars a lot though for many dogs and I have no doubt it will work as advertised. This collar is just a nylon collar with rubber pieces to keep a flea collar in place.
