How should I store this product?
Reseal bag and store dry food in a cool and dry environment. Refrigerate rehydrated food immediately and discard if unused after three days.

ORIJEN Tundra Freeze-Dried Dog Food Medallions Directions:
- Because your dog is unique and ORIJEN™ pet foods are packed with animal protein, feeding requirements will vary with breed, environment, age and activity.
- Orijen suggests using the feeding guide below as a starting point, and monitoring your dog’s weight and adjusting portions as needed.
- Feed your pet twice daily and always keep fresh, clean water available.
- SMALL & MEDIUM PUPPIES: 1 1/2-3 Months: Feed 2x the Adult amount.
- 3-6 Months: Feed 1 1/2x the Adult amount.
- 6- 11 Months: Feed 1 1/4x the Adult amount.
- GESTATION: Increase the adult daily feeding amount by 25% to 50%
- LACTATION: Feed "free choice."
- When switching diets, transitioning slowly will give your pet’s digestive system time to adjust to the nutrient-levels in ORIJEN. Over a 10-14 day period, gradually mix in ORIJEN, increasing the amount each day so that by the end you are feeding 100% ORIJEN.

I was a little bit confused because freeze dried items are new to me, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I recommend adding a small amount of water, letting the disc sit for 10 to 15 minutes, smashing it up with a fork, and then letting your dog enjoy!

Love freeze-dried!

I like the idea of having a freeze-dried, shelf stable product - definitely better than the refrigerated products I have been used to purchasing. I have always used a food topper, and although the Orijen brand is more expensive, it contains by far the most nutrients. Being grain-free was a bonus. This has become a new favorite in our household.

Packed with nutrients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved all the nutrients that were in the small patty. The breakdown of everything that was in. It truly made me feel that it completed his meal and then some. Not just that but with a little bit of water, the texture blended so well with his regular food. It got to a point where he can smell it when I was breaking it up and adding the water and he was so anxious to eat.

Happiest Dogs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the food topper and have to say I was very pleased. My 2 dogs (female red heelers) are very active dogs. They come in for dinner time and wait patiently for their food. Generally they sit at their bowls and wait till they are given a signal to “go eat”. Each night as we put the topper in they couldn’t contain excitement they were ready to eat it NOW. I split the feeding portions in half to stretch out and get a better measure on results. Their coats seemed to feel nicer and they were fuller longer to looking for food again later on or in the morning. Overall I am very satisfied and will certainly continue to use the topper for my girls.
