This recipe starts with Ocean Wise recommended Whitefish, Salmon, and Rockfish that are always ocean-caught and never farmed. Whitefish is a great source of quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon is high in quality protein and contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA. Rockfish is a great source of quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Fish Bone Broth derived from the slow simmering of fish bones, a quality source of nutrients including collagen – which is composed of proline, lysine, and glycine, nutrients which have been known to support healthy joints and skin.
