Pork is a great source of protein and healthy fats. Blueberries are a fantastic source of antioxidants and manganese. Carrots are an excellent source of beta-carotene and contain high levels of vitamins that provide protection against free radicals which may damage cells. Squash contains Vitamin C, Vitamin A and potassium, nutrients known to help boost immune system and vision health. Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, A, B2, E and C, manganese, magnesium, iron, copper, calcium and potassium.
