Chicken and pork are a great source of protein and healthy fats. Salmon is high in quality protein and contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acids like EPA and DHA. Oats are an excellent source of protein, fiber and a natural source of iron and B vitamins. Quinoa has high levels of protein and is rich in essential nutrients and minerals such as magnesium, phosphate, iron, calcium and potassium.
