MORE EXPENSIVE GARBAGE
More expensive GARBAGE Corn, Wheat, cellulose, beets....just what cats need. Cats are OBLIGATE Carnivores...which means they are OBLIGATED as in HAVE TO eat meat...just meat. Cats eat a minor amount of grasses to help them puke when needed. This is just biological fact. There is no real difference between this formula and cheaper formulas that also sell the same garbage. Stop LYING!!!

Great product
My cat Raymond is 4 years old.  He is a BIG boy, very long, & big muscled.  He has gotten up to 20 pounds.  I put him on this weight control dry food diet & it is amazing.  He has slimmed down a bunch, hopefully preventing health problems when he gets older.

New Size & Shape of pieces. Not good
Cat loved this food and worked shed a few pounds over the years. HOWEVER, Science Diet recently decided to change the SHAPE AND SIZE of the pieces (from tiny morsels to a flat round shape) - which has become a choking hazard for my cat. Basically, she eats it and throws it back up. We have CONFIRMED it is the actual SIZE of pieces, as we have gone back and forth with a few of the older bags (tiny pieces) over the past month. We have now resorted to change her food over to a different type with similar tiny pieces "SD Optimal Care." We'll see...

Why did you change the formula and shape?
My cat has been on this food since she was rescued 7 years ago and the last bag I bought in September 2018 I noticed the formula and kibble shape changed. It does not smell like it did before and my cat will no longer eat it. Why do you make changes like this and not disclose it on the bag? I bet you do not disclose it because if you did many people would not buy it knowing their cats are finicky.

New disc-style nuggets
We're not fans of the new disc-style nuggets. Let's go back to the pellet-style nuggets.

My 3 cats love this.
I am pleased with this food because I was able to get my overweight cats down to a healthier weight gradually. I just wonder why you haven't mentioned the change in at he kibble size and shape. It used to be squarish and now is a flat disc shape. I see no mention of it anywhere.
