Kibble changed
We buy this food through Chewy. The last bag we finished came with a smaller kibble size. The next bag we got was back to the larger size. I am reading in the other review responses that this smaller kibble is a new formula and should be introduced slowly. Where was that information to be found? Also how can I do that when I’m getting sent one than the other?

My dog loves the new formula!
My dog loves the recent formula change. I too was concerned that the shape had changed and didn’t match the picture on the bag so my advice is maybe update your bags so you don’t have all these people concerned they have the wrong food.

Extremely disappointed in Texas
We have used this brand for years due to Chicken biproduct allergies for both our dogs. We received our new bag today and the kibble is nothing close to the size it was! And yes, before you comment the kibble formula change ...
1. Why change when it is great already
2. Did adding those additional ingredients really make it better?
It states to add the new food to your old food, but we were not aware it had changed and unfortunately they were out when it arrived so NOT knowing there was a change, how do you do that? We have been avid Hills Science Diet users since we could trust the formula. Now we start all over again! Extremely disappointed in Texas especially since we already pay more for a great formula to go and change it. The lamb also now looks like the chicken so how are you supposed to know the difference. Just lost our business and we will share with others.

Sad that they changed the formula
My english bulldog was super happy with the previous Formula, he is super picky and we though we'd finally found the one, until they decided to change it and he developed hot spots all over his body, struggling with itchiness and scabbing my poor baby

Significant food changes not some manufacture machinery variation
Doodlemom 3 days ago write about a smaller kibble size and this was explained away by Hills staying is a manufacturing company thing claiming machinery or something. Well we have fed our 3 dogs this product for at least 7 years and the kibble size has NEVER been this small. It's SIGNIFICANTLY smaller to a puppy sized kibble. My doggos have all been HUNGRY it's not sustaining them at all! They are not sleeping through the night and during the day are insatiable. What happened? This isn't just a manufacturing plant varied machinery difference. Something else has changed with this food!!!
