Vet Review | An excellent treat that can truly promote joint health and mobility in our dogs and are Joint Chewys. These wonderful treats contain multiple ingredients to promote optimal joint health. The inclusion of creatine also encourages cellular regeneration. I love the ingredient list of glucosamine, MSM and omega oils. These tasty treats are easy to administer being softer and tastier than other joint tablets. It is also reassuring to know that this product is made 100% in the USA. I give these treats an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. | As a holistic oriented veterinarian I am always welcoming natural products and alternatives to chemicals and prescription drugs. Over the past several years I have found Duralactin for dogs to be a very versatile product useful in a lot of clinical situations. That patented dried milk protein concentrate is believed to help manage inflammatory conditions long term, and I have found that this product will often effectively reduce the need for cortisone or non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs that may have side effects in dogs. I often find this all natural product increases normal activity and wellness and I have used it in chronic inflammatory conditions of the skin, respiratory and digestive tract in both dogs and cats. I have seen no side effects when using this product in dogs and give the product an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. As I mentioned under my product review for Duralactin for dogs, Duralactin for cats is wonderful nondrug alternative choice for treating various inflammatory conditions of the skin, respiratory and digestive tract. In many cases I may often use this product as an alternative to cortisone and non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs for these conditions in our cats, which will often cut down on unwanted side effects. The patented dried milk protein concentrate is the main effective ingredient. Some cats may be sensitive to milk proteins and/or carbohydrates. If vomiting or diarrhea occurs, the product should be discontinued due to a likely allergic reaction. Because of the versatility of this product for so many feline conditions, I give this product an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. | I have only recently been using this excellent joint supplement, which has a tremendous combination of nutrients that help reduce inflammation and discomfort in inflamed joints when doing normal activity. You have to love the extract of blue green algae joint is one of the key components in providing joint support and stress relief, as well as helping fight free radicals that are involved in so many degenerative and cancer conditions in our pets. This product works so well because of the unique blend of glucosamine, MSM, boron, creatine, and omega 3 fatty acids, in addition to the blue green algae. I will often recommend this product even as a preventative in all senior pets, as it can improve health in so many ways besides joint function. The hypoallergenic formula is wonderful for most pets, but a formulation known as Phycox A is possible for those dogs with allergies. This is one of my favorite new products and I give it an overall ranking of 5 out of 5. |
