Vet Review | An excellent treat that can truly promote joint health and mobility in our dogs and are Joint Chewys. These wonderful treats contain multiple ingredients to promote optimal joint health. The inclusion of creatine also encourages cellular regeneration. I love the ingredient list of glucosamine, MSM and omega oils. These tasty treats are easy to administer being softer and tastier than other joint tablets. It is also reassuring to know that this product is made 100% in the USA. I give these treats an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5. | Over the past several years there have been increased numbers of glucosamine/MSM/devil's claw combination products on the market place, and searching the various products out there, it is often difficult for animal guardians to choose between the formulations. I have personally used this product in veterinary practice for many years and have found its manufacturer to be a trustworthy and reliable supplier of supplements to both client and veterinarian. I have also found this product quite helpful as part of a comprehensive preventative approach for arthritis and stiffness in middle age and geriatric pets. It may provide symptomatic relief in pets already suffering from mild to moderate arthritis and stiffness, however once these conditions reach the moderate to advanced stages, the Flexadin Plus will not be nearly as effective or helpful, and in most cases, prescription medications will be needed to help with symptom relief. It does come in a very palatable formulation readily acceptable by most pets, and does provide an economic alternative to some of the other more expensive products of its kind. I give this product an overall rating of a 4. | |
