How does Absorbine UltraShield® Green Natural Fly Repellent work?
Keep the whole family bite-free with Absorbine® UltraShield® Green, the all-natural insect repellent that's safe for everyone! This water-based formula repels ticks and kills biting flies, mosquitoes, and gnats, leaving coats shiny and smelling fresh—without any greasy residue, artificial colors, or fragrances.
Caution:
If product gets in the eyes, rinse the eyes thoroughly with plenty of water. Some animals may be sensitive to the plant oils used in this product. If skin irritation develops, wash thoroughly with mild soap and rinse with plenty of water. Prolonged or repeated contact may dry skin, causing irritation. May cause slight eye irritation. If irritation occurs, rinse the skin or eyes with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a physician if irritation persists.
How should I store this product?
Keep away from heat, sparks or open flame. Protect from freezing. Store in a well-ventilated place away from children and pets. Please recycle. If recycling is not available in your area, place in the trash.
Absorbine UltraShield® Green Natural Fly Repellent Directions:
- No dilution necessary. Shake well before using.
- Horses, Ponies, & Foals: Brush thoroughly to remove excess dust and dirt. Spray directly onto coat prior to riding, showing or turning out. Do not spray in eyes or mucous membranes. Use a soft cloth to apply to the face and other sensitive areas.
- Dogs: Brush thoroughly to remove excess dust and dirt. Spray directly onto coat. Do not spray in eyes or mucous membranes. Use a soft cloth to apply to the face and other sensitive areas.
- Retreatment: To maintain repellency against mosquitoes, reapply after two hours. To maintain repellency against ticks, reapply after one hour. For flies, reapply every two hours.
- If your animal has extreme sensitivity or allergies, consult your veterinarian or try a small patch test on the animal's body to make sure there is no reaction. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
For sensitive horses, test UltraShield Green on a small area first to ensure there is no adverse reaction. Reapply more frequently than chemical-based repellents for continuous protection.
