How does Nutri-Vet Aspirin Chewable Tablets work?
Aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) relieves minor aches and pains caused by chronic arthritis and hip dysplasia. It also helps to reduce fever and moderate inflammation.
Cautions:
For animal use only. In case of accidental overdose, contact a veterinarian immediately. Do not use if product appears to be tampered with. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If vomiting, diarrhea, depression, or loss of appetite occurs, stop administration and consult your veterinarian. Do not use in dogs that are sensitive to aspirin or dogs with concurrent gastrointestinal disease or ulcers, bleeding problems, and those with liver or kidney impairment. For use in adult dogs only. Do not give to puppies less than six months old or dogs weighing less than 6 pounds, or to cats.
Nutri-Vet Aspirin Chewable Tablets Directions:
- Give with meals or within 30 minutes after your dog has eaten an amount of food equal to 1/3 or more of their normal daily amount.
Tip:
Contact your veterinarian if your dog’s symptoms get worse or do not improve.
